OUR PROGRAMS

Everyday Competitor Endurance Program, Gold Coast Australia

In Season (x3 Per week)

Stay explosive and strong in-season!

The primary focus is on quality sets and quality reps. The workload is low to manage athlete training load and maximise sport performance. The sessions include sprinting, jumping, throwing and lifting to improve strength and power.  Endurance is NOT included as your sports training will cover these.

Program Features:

  • Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Levels
  • x1 full body, x1 upper x1 lower body session per week
  • Integrates with x2 sport sessions & x1 game per week
Everyday Competitor Program - Explosive, Gold Coast, Australia

Off Season (X5 Per week)

It's time to go full send!

The primary focus is build all athletic qualities!



Program Features:

  • Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Levels
  • x2 upper x2 lower body sessions
  • x2-3running sessions per week
  • x2 rest days
