How does it work?

You will be tested using "The Next Competitors" proprietary scoring system (think FIFA cards, but for athletic performance) and this will generate your Competitors Athlete Score.


You are assessed on 8 metrics (specifically picked for you out of 24), organised into three performance pillars:


4 Explosive Tests 

- sprinting, agility, jumping, throwing, cleans

3 Strength Tests

 - a squat, a pull, & an upper body exercise

1 Endurance Test

- Short, long or interval efforts.
